How to submit a support ticket

Open the support portal, choose Submit Ticket, fill in your name, email, subject, priority, website URL, invoice number if available, and describe the issue clearly.

• Add screenshots when they help explain the problem.
• Use the same email address when checking the ticket later.
• Keep your tracking ID safe.
